Shipping FAQs

  • Take a deep breath: Please allow 3 business days for orders to be processed, packaged and shipped. 
  • Sometimes, you're gonna get a few packages: 70% of our products ship directly to you from Generalist HQ in JC, TN. The rest are being shipped directly from the real-life-humans who made them.
  • One way we reduce the environmental impact: when possible we avoid using all virgin packing materials. Sometime we reuse packaging material from vendors, suppliers, or Trader Joes.

 

Return // Refund Policy

We typically do not accept returns. However, in some scenarios we can offer store credit if something has gone awry.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at WTF@TheGeneralist.Store and we will work with you to make it right. 

 

Community Commitment 

10% of The Generalist's net profit from our Holiday Market will be distributed evenly between two organizations whose missions we strongly support: Tri-Cities Mutual Aid Network & Black In Appalachia.
